Audiophile Analog Collection Vol. 3

Finally! After the great success of Audiophile Analog Collection Vol. 1 & 2, the long-awaited third part of the popular series is now available: Audiophile Analog Collection Vol. 3 contains another extraordinary selection of tracks from the analog archives that René Laflamme – one of the most sought-after sound engineers in the industry – has remastered exclusively for his label. 2xHD, which he runs together with André Perry, the founder of the famous “Le Studio” in Québec, enjoys an excellent reputation and has rightly earned an exceptional status in the high-end world. Laflamme's unique sound processing skills are appreciated by many important players in the industry: for example, he represents and advises sound pioneers such as Nagra and Kronos Audio.

For this compilation, René Laflamme curated recordings that were originally made using Nagra IV S or Nagra T reel to reel machines. With sophisticated technology and an unerring sense for exquisite productions, he has taken great songs by artists such as Jaco Pastorius, Ben Webster, Brian Torff, Bucky Pizzarelli, Shirley Horn, and Robert Len and raised them to a whole new level of sound. Jazz, classical, funk, improvisation... the stylistic range is wide, the audiophile quality at the highest level – a must for every discerning music lover!

We recommend the use of "L'Art du Son" CD/DVD conditioner for even more sonic improvement.
