FROM EXECUTIVE PRODUCER MARK L. LESTER, THE DIRECTOR OF CLASS OF 1984 AND COMMANDO!
When Tess Beckett (Melissa Crider, Mulholland Drive) testifies against her cop-turned-serial killer husband Jim (Tim Abell, "Sons of Anarchy"), he is sent to prison for life. Jim plots violent revenge and breaks out of prison to make Tess pay for her betrayal, with Detective Difford (Kadeem Hardison, Drive) on his trail. When Tess learns of the escape, she knows that the only way for her to survive is to learn how to protect herself, so she turns to former cop and self-defense trainer J.T. Dillon (Mark Dacascos, John Wick: Chapter 3). Will Tess and J.T. be ready for a final showdown with the deadly Jim?
Based on the novel "The Perfect Husband", this action thriller from executive producer Mark L. Lester (director of Commando and Firestarter) marks the reteaming of Mark Dacascos and Kadeem Hardison from the fan favorite cult classic action comedy "Drive".
