The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) is a trade agreement between the named partner countries that replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) . It became effective July 1, 2020. This book provides a guide to assist exporters, importers, producers, and other related professionals to verify or reverify if products qualify under the strict rules of origin for duty-free status or preferential treatment.
