The first installment of the Third Eye Awakening series, primarily deals with the origin of spirituality from a historical perspective, and the awakening of consciousness to develop one's ability to be a critical and analytical thinker. How one cares for their body, affects their spiritual, mental self, and also becomes programmed into the DNA.
