Meeting at a charity dinner and continuing to meet Jason and virgin Marigold knew they were in love. At Jason's home after her first visit for Sunday lunch, as Marigold was changing afterwards for riding in the wood, through the open windows she heard Jason's mother, Lady Norton discussing her.
