Ezra Buskis

Better Than Ever Ezra Buskis 2:a utgåva

No matter how long Ezra Buskis lives, he will always have his memories. He is bound to recall them with impeccable clarity. But this bondage is lofty and inspiring. This novel brings to life cities, friends, lovers, children, relatives, and neighbours as Ezra tries to unravel the meaning of life. He traverses the streets of New York as he recalls his life in 1960's Zhmerinka, a city in Soviet-era Ukraine whose unique culture is long gone, except in the writer's imagination. All human experience includes time and memory. We can all relate to those feelings of nostalgia for the past. We can all look back, think of our youth, and see how it all interconnects and changes our understanding of life. A blend of memory, fantasy, and reality, this novel will leave readers thinking, "I thought I was the only one who felt like this... So it's not just me!"
