Peter Farrell
Islanders meet disaster when their sole income, The Colquat Inn, burns to the ground right before season. Where do they turn now? Should they sell to developers? Move off the island? Then something happens-maybe something wonderful. If one can call several tons of baled marijuana washing up on their beaches, there for the taking, something, ah, wonderful. And how do the islanders handle this new situation? The one good thing? Colquat's history as a smuggler's paradise coming to the fore!
