Constructive conflict management comprises all the integral and conscious interventions which are effectively channelising the tides and provides input through positive responses. The quest for constructive conflict management was always there as an undercurrent in many works of great management thinkers and the current one is a humble attempt to share referral points so that this can act as a guide or a bluebook for managing conflicts.
