Undetected More Than a Status is an easy read to help better understand the emotional rollercoaster and day to day routine a person living with HIV can undergo while on their journey to overall resilience and wellness. As a woman living with HIV for over a decade, I provide personal insight and transparency into my emotions, mood swings, relationships and common risks I have faced. I learned to manage anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, stigma and more. I have experienced several victories, positive outcomes, and rewards along the way. I now have a new perspective on my past and my future. Although it was originally considered a death sentence, HIV has now become the catalyst I needed to provoke me to Live Life to the Fullest, Authentically and Unapologetically!
