The Dance Micah Cox

This is a guide to self expression, a way to express oneself honestly through dance. On this journey, we will look at how we, can break free of how dance has been traditionally taught and begin teaching ourselves how to move, train, perform, and compete with honest expression. We will explore our true selves and our deepest emotions, and examine how to communicate who we are through what we do to our audience. We will explore our current beliefs and examine what in those beliefs are not serving us. We will take a look at the people in our lives as well as our current life rhythm to see what changes can be made to dance through our lives joyfully and uninhibited. This is The Dance.
