How do you hide from the rain? You would very likely put on a pair of tall wellies and a raincoat and even open up an umbrella if the raindrops started falling on your head. That's what Betty the Butterfly, Bo the Robin, Horatio and Henrietta the Hedgehogs, Miles the Mouse, Boris the Badger, and Oliver the Cat did while trying to stay dry. Or did they? Not at all. They found a more ingenious solution by hiding under the toadstool, which seemed very small at first, but as the rain got stronger and stronger the toadstool grew. This book is dedicated to Copthorne House in Durham, England. The book was inspired by numerous visits to this house while watching its inhabitants through changing seasons and moods.
