It was obvious that Cole McAllister was a natural with a gun. He had always had a fascination with them since he was old enough to pick one up. Over the years, he had practiced constantly, always improving his technique and his speed so that by the time he had become a young man, his tenacity and dedication had transformed him into being one of the fastest guns in the territory. But with speed comes reputation and reputation has a way of drawing the wrong kind of attention from the wrong people. Pretty soon, Cole finds himself alone and in a situation that he doesn't know how to get out of. Now backed into a corner, Cole has a decision to make. He wanted to walk away and avoid a fight, but that is no longer an option, leaving him with only one choice. If he can't fight his way out with words, he'll have to fight using lead.
