They fittingly both connect with the title of this book, which gives a short look into her journey to that NO APOLOGIES NECESSARY attitude. Writhing was therapeutic for her, as a teenager. She started compiling journals in the late 70's. The writings in this book reflect situations which helped to shape her new attitude. She enjoys encouraging others and hopes that something you read, will help you to realize, as she has, that your life isn't over yet. Don't stop until you find that thing that you are passionate about.
