Ginger the Pug brings simple text to our inexperienced readers. This book highlights the word "like." Early childhood literacy is vital and helps shape the type of reader your child will become. Debbie Appelman was a teacher in the public school system for 16 years. She also has raised two beautiful children of her own. As a teacher, a parent, and now an author, she has developed the Ginger the Pug Series for our developmentally younger readers.
