It all began with that dead little girl. Every time I close my eyes I see the face of my dead sister. Every time I open them I see the Taken - the violent, unpredictable monsters who used to be human. I am tired and haunted. When I come across a young girl who looks very much like my sister, I take it upon myself to rescue her, but there are men hunting us and the Taken... they can be anywhere.
