A true story of a 90's born, British-Indian girl growing up battling mental illness and sexual abuse in silence. Keeping a diary as a form of therapy, helped her in part to move forward and relieve the loneliness she felt. Real life diary entries are included within the book showing raw pain and emotion. This honesty hopes to encourage others who are suffering to speak out sooner and to change the way our daughters are treated.
