Your own empowerment is what will have a ripple effect in changing and inspiring yourself and others. This funny life journey is packed full with moments of the the rocket ship blasting off and leaving us behind to catch up, and other times it is the turtle, sometimes it can't move fast enough, low and steady so that we may integrate this human life fully, leaving no stone unturned. This poetry book is a reflection of all the emotions and breakthroughs from 2010 to 2015 that have left me completely shattered, heartbroken and dissolved, and the love that poured in after. From one extreme to the other, peace and freedom have come from acknowledging and accepting them all. I hope this inspires you to go to the depths of your core as well, so that you may have the courage to also know true freedom.
