In this book I have included young people aged 19 and above. There was a time when children were excpeted to take care of themselves from age 18 onward, but our culture has changed dramatically in the past 4 decades, and that rule of thumb no longer applies in many cases. In this book we will take a look at young people who leave home after high school graduation to begin lives of their own, and young adults who continue to live in the home of their parents way past the age of 18; we will also explore family relationships from the empty nest all the way to grand parenting.
