My life has been a roller coaster journey for a long time. Emotionally I was tired and longed to get off. But like they say, things happen for a reason. It's not by accident that things happened to me. These things were supposed to happen in order to get me to where I am today. This book is all about my spirtual, emotional and mental growth. I want people to know that life is going to happen. We have two choices. We can sit and cry about it, or get up and do something about it. I chose to do something about the things that were meant to break me. Getting back up after being knocked down is hard, But you can do it just like I did!
