Mental Armor

This book is to be used as a tool: It takes you through my personal experiences as case studies as well as giving you some other references to help you realize that Mental Illness requires the formation of Mental Armor in order to heal. Your trauma does not need to feed your mental illness in a negative way; instead, it can feed your Mental Armor and make you stronger, help you to realize when someone disrespects you, and help you learn from your past in order to be more present and less afraid of the future.
