A Battle for the Slopes

What would you do if the only thing you knew you were good at was destroyed overnight? Colden Skyberg's past, present, and future has always revolved around skiing. That is what he's good at, what he loves to do. However, in Tromsø, Norway, polar bears occasionally have a way of changing things rather drastically. After Colden's world spins out of control following a terrible accident, he realizes that conflicts other than his own recovery are at work in his beloved home. While he rediscovers his athletic skills, a secret team of people are plotting to do the unimaginable... and threaten the very things Colden holds dearest to him. In a quest to rescue all he's ever loved, Colden recruits a lost princess, a prankster, a technology genius, an old lady with a crazy side, a fellow competitive skier, and an optimistic friend. He finds that love runs deeper than skill, and that even being the fastest skier in the world is not the sweetest type of victory.
