When the Japanese secret service find a man with amnesia they train him to become an agent; code-named, 'Golden Ninja'. His first mission is to thwart the terrorist group SCORPION, who are at the centre of a global arms-dealing conspiracy, fronted by gangster for hire, Damian Gunner.
