The greatest mass murderer in all of American history had some unfinished business to settle with Jack Toback. Next on the agenda, he'd make a pitiful example out of him for all the world to see. Ending his captive's life, at least, for the time being, would not serve his ultimate purpose. His demise would have to be put on hold for just a bit longer. Following his abduction at gunpoint, Jack was taken to an abandoned house and chained like a wild animal. Any cries for help would be in vain. He was presented with an ultimatum, either cooperate and do as he'd be told or die a slow painful death. Jack knew there'd be no reason for him to be kept alive any longer once that lunatic got everything he needed.
