Feierlicher Einzug is a favorite among brass players in its original form as a large scale brass ensemble work. This arrangement for trumpet ensemble maintains the power and grandeur of the original and works well as a mass ensemble piece as well. Scored for nine trumpets, with the bottom five voices doubling on flugel horns, this is a true tour-de-force for large trumpet ensemble. (6:30)
