Flight Medicine

Flight Medicine: the Pursuit of Excellence (2nd edition) is a book about a helicopter flight nurse, Dan Turner, and the wonderful lessons he learned over his 13 1/2 year career. Dan's career was ended by a motorcycle accident that left him disabled. Dan loved flight medicine and loved to inspire others at every opportunity. That's what this book is meant to be-an inspiration for up and coming high schoolers, college-aged adults, and anyone in the healthcare field interested in transitioning to flight medicine. It's actually a great book of advice and guidance for all professions.
