Word Structure in Ngalakgan
Brett Baker
Ngalakgan is a non-configurational, and polysynthetic language of the Gunwinyguan family. This work covers the phonology and morphology of this language. It examines the syllabification of the language, among other aspects, arguing that Ngalakgan has a quantity-sensitive stress system that contradicts the predictions of Moraic Theory.
