Older gods. Smarter phones. Meaner girls. 2012: Three malevolent teenagers plan to see off the new English teacher, but powerful supernatural beings are seldom deterred by classroom antics, and Marcia, Charlie and Lisa are quickly drawn into a world of wolves and Valkyries, new conspiracies and old gods. This is not especially a teenage novel, nor an adult novel, but for anyone who likes a good story, and is prepared to laugh at themselves and everyone else even in the middle of an outrageous adventure.
