Introduction I remember them as the last of the world of legends changed. Their love story was one that none thought possible for the Dark and Light. It was too difficult to imagine that their paths would change the way they did due to their natures. Such solitary creatures they were. Some say the gods above had their hands in their lives, each going other directions, expected to be sworn enemies, yet for love, they collided and would stand together as one. She became the better part of him and him wanting her to stay with him forever. There was he, the fierce one, a Death Master, a lethal god hunter, rich in wealth, devastatingly strong. He had made pacts and was old as his years of fighting yet young in body, middle aged yet never aging. He always wore master swords at his side, whether in court or out marking his station. He was accepted in court, most feared and sought after in power. He had built an army of his own making and defined authority of rulers. Women swooned after him in the great palaces but there was never any who had claim over his heart. Then something happened, he ran into her. Collided into her and decided to turn his eyes to her. Some say he rescued her. He experienced something he never thought possible, he fell in love. She was different she took longer to turn to him. She was wild, fierce and gentle all at once. A Forest Protector, blessed and cursed all at once, the last of her line and race, the last to have ancient knowledge taught to her. She carried the wishes of a dying clan. Nature embraced her as their heir. She was considered the most beautiful woman in the world. She needed him. She did not know him her studies were always outside what he did with people, society and gods. She never participated in the collapse of a society until he changed because of her. She never thought about falling in love. She never thought she would save someone that completely without effort.
